Before you start

  • A live TikTok Shop seller account (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, UK, or US)
  • Access to TikTok Seller Center
  • A UltraPilot account

Setup steps

  1. Open TikTok Seller Center

    Log in at seller.tiktokglobalshop.com (or your country-specific Seller Center URL). Make sure your shop is active and you have at least one product listed.

  2. Enable Open Platform access

    Navigate to Seller Center → Settings → Open Platform / API Access. Generate an Access Token for UltraPilot. You'll grant: chat:read, chat:write, order:read.

  3. Connect in UltraPilot

    Open UltraPilot → Channels → Add Channel → TikTok Shop. Paste the Access Token. UltraPilot will fetch your shop's chat conversations + recent orders within ~30 seconds.

  4. Verify with a test message

    From a TikTok buyer account, send a chat message to your TikTok Shop. It should appear in UltraPilot's inbox within ~5 seconds (TikTok's polling delay is slightly longer than other channels).

Common gotchas

  • TikTok Shop's API is region-locked — your UltraPilot tenant region must match your TikTok Shop region.
  • Order data from TikTok Shop is read-only — refunds and cancellations still happen in TikTok Seller Center.
  • TikTok's chat retention is 30 days — UltraPilot mirrors all chats into our database so you keep them forever.

Once connected, you get

  • TikTok Shop buyer chats appear in the unified inbox
  • AI reply suggestions trained on your TikTok product catalog
  • Order info from TikTok Shop auto-attached to the conversation
  • Shipping label printing supported (UltraPilot or TikTok-native labels)
  • Tracking number auto-sent back to buyer via TikTok message
